First, use a primer for the eyes and face, concealment, etc., then maybe a light brown powder in a shimmering pink glow for the summer, then line your upper lid and lower lid with black eyeliner pencil on the spot and a little or use a powder eyeliner.
Then with a little gold glitter cream eye shadow just above the line that you made on the upper eyelid, with something like this:
