Gas for boonie

Any ideas for a gift/game for 10yr old niece w/CP that will be fun for her & her siblings ages 11, 8 and 5? - cp fun illegal

My niece has recently been DX with mild cerebral palsy and wants to ensure that children do something together that both may help.
