What should I charge to lease out 4 acres of pecan trees for picking? - how much to charge to lease land

I have 4 hectares of walnut trees, was once a garden and my trees are already full of nuts. I want someone to come and collect them, but I do not know how much rent you should charge for this sector? Ideas? My country is located in East Texas near Tyler, TX. Any help would be appreciated.
